By accessing gettrady.io or using Trady's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Trady provides software tools for trade businesses, including automated quotes, SMS appointment reminders, and review request workflows. Features and availability may change as we improve the product. We offer a free trial period as described on our pricing page; paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for obtaining consent before messaging your customers via SMS or email.
• You must comply with applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local telemarketing regulations.
• You may not use Trady for unlawful, harassing, or spam purposes.

New accounts may receive a free trial without a credit card, as advertised on our site. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion unless required by law.

You retain ownership of customer data and content you upload to Trady. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide and improve our services. You represent that you have the right to share any data you provide.

Trady is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, specific business results, or that SMS or emails will always be delivered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trady and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Trady shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Trady at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Trady after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
